From the moment John arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what he does. He carefully assessed our property and quickly got to work bird-proofing our chimney, which had become a nesting spot for jackdaws. The solution he installed is solid, and most importantly—effective.
He also fitted several pest proofing air brick mesh vent covers, which has given us real peace of mind.
It’s rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and delivers this level of service. I’ll definitely be calling him for any future pest control needs—he’s now my go-to expert. Highly recommended!

Incredibly knowledgeable. John identified that field mice were coming in through the air bricks and was able to trap them and stop the problem by sealing all their entry point without environmental harm. So impressed at his knowledge, professionalism and going the extra mile always. Such a contrast from previous experiences with larger companies which failed to stop issues. No problems since then and mice can live in peace outside.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.
