Pest problems in Kent, gone for good

Incredibly knowledgeable. John identified that field mice were coming in through the air bricks and was able to trap them and stop the problem by sealing all their entry point without environmental harm. So impressed at his knowledge, professionalism and going the extra mile always. Such a contrast from previous experiences with larger companies which failed to stop issues. No problems since then and mice can live in peace outside.

Saw recommendation for this business on 'Nextdoor', from a person with the same problem as we had - rat under the decking! We know it was a rat, it chewed a hole and popped up under the bird feeder! John came out very promptly, quoted, put bait in places where our pets could not get it, and said he would be back 3 times to ensure success. 2 visits, and it was done - with a substantial reduction on the quoted price. Very professional, gave us written details of everything he was using (in case the cat/dog caught a poisoned rat), advised us to move the feeder onto the grass, and invoiced us on completion. Delighted, no more horrible noises from the decking! Well worth the expenditure.

Many thanks to John for a professional and prompt service in dealing with a large wasp's nest. I was in the middle of having my driveway done so couldn’t risk the workers or anyone else getting stung. He was more than happy to negotiate a time when no-one else would be put at risk and to do so on the same day that I called him. Fortunately all wasps dead in one treatment. I would highly recommend John for any pest problem.
